Important Announcement Please note that only those participants who have received the Hospitality form after confirmation are eligible for participation in their respective events. In case of any queries relating to your confirmation status please contact the respective event coordinators.

• After your abstract have been selected by the event coordinator he/she will pre-confirm your registration, a mail will be sent to you asking to fill out the travelling details.
• Now you can fill your travel details by login on to techkriti website and clicking on “Edit Profile”. 
• Once your details been verified by event coordinator he/ she will finally confirm you and a form will be mailed to you or you can download it from the Edit Profile webpage once you are accepted, which you have to present on the Hospitality Desk after coming to IIT Kanpur.
• You have to bring two copies of this form (Hospitality Form) for each of your Team Members.
• After registering on the Hospitality Desk, you will be given accommodation accordingly.
• The fees for registration is Rs 750/- along with a security deposit of Rs 200/-. The security deposit will be returned to you when you will be leaving the campus.
• Note that you will not be registered if you do not present the Hospitality Form or the details filled in Hospitality Form are not correct.
