Important Announcement Please note that only those participants who have received the Hospitality form after confirmation are eligible for participation in their respective events. In case of any queries relating to your confirmation status please contact the respective event coordinators.

Q. What should I do after coming to the campus?

As soon as you arrive at the campus report at the Hospitality Desk where all the formalities regarding Document Checking,Accommodation and Messing facilities will be completed.Note that we will not be providing accommodation to local participants. All the students are required to collect their identity cards from the Hospitality Desk.

Q. What should I bring along with me?(The Final Checklist)

1. It is mandatory for all the participants to carry along with them their college I-Cards.Without the Techkriti I-cards you will not be able to take part in any of the events or workshops.
2. If your acommodation is confirmed you are required to bring along with you a hard copy of your registration form on the Hospitality portal.
3. Mattresses,pillows and quilts will be provided to you once your accommodation is confirmed.You are however required to bring all necessary things regarding to your event, we do not guarantee its availability in the campus.

Q. What about my eating requirements?

All participants who are provided accommodation will be provided messing facilities.Dinner will be provided on 11th february and breakfast and lunch will be provided during the rest of the event. Apart from that there are many canteens in the campus in the respective residential halls and Academic Area to cater to your eating requirements

Q. What about the medical facilities on the campus?

We have a dedicated Health Centre within the campus to look after the medical facilities. In case you are in need of medical attention, please report to the Hospitality Desk or contact any of the Hospitality coordinators immediately.We will make appropriate arrangements for your treatment.

Q. What about the Security arrangements on the campus?

IITK is provided with vigilant Security Services from the SIS. There will be additional security guards employed at appropriate places during the festival to prevent any theft or mishaps.

Q. What about the certificates and prize money?

All the participants will be issued participation certificates from the Control Room. For other types of certificates and prizes please contact the respective coordinators in charge of your events.

Q. Whom to contact if i still have unanswered queries?

Regarding Accommodation and Hospitality, you can contact the Hospitality Coordinators via e-mail or phone. For event related queries, kindly direct your queries towards the respective Event Coordinators.
