The Rubik's Cube is the world's most famous toy/puzzle with millions of copies being sold already. It was invented in mid 70s by the Hungarian architect Erno Rubik. Now it is regarded as an international sport with numerous competitions being held every year throughout the world. Its governing body is known as World Cube Association (WCA).

If you know how to solve a Rubik's cube but are unable to showcase your talent, here is the opportunity. IIT Kanpur presents to you the Indian Open Rubik's Cube. It is first ever Rubik's Cube competition to be held in India recognized by the WCA which means you will be compared and showcased at a global level.  The previous year, IORC witnessed setting up records of NR2 in both 4x4x4 and 5x5x5.The goal is simple, the faster you go, the better you stand in the competition.
