Judging Criteria

Total Prize money worth INR 80,000.

 

One can participate in Ricochet Competition with boomerang they fabricate during workshop

 

The efficiency of a boomerang will be measured by:

  • The closeness of landing with respect to throwing person.
  • The maximum distance covered by boomerang.

For this, we will put 5 poles from the throwing position at 6, 12, 18, 24 and 30 metres . The distance of landing from the throwing position will be measured. Suppose the pole crossed by the boomerang is at X distance and the measured landing distance is Y. The final score of the participant obtained by – >X*(X-Y).

The participant will be disqualified if his score is less than or equal to zero. The participant with maximum score will be the winner.
