In the Open Software Contest, young programming enthusiasts from all over the country are encouraged and invited to come and showcase any software developed, designed and coded by them.

You can use any computer language on Windows/Unix/Linux platform (hey! who said you cannot make your own OS). Developers will have the sole right to their code and Software.
