If Mathematics is the Bible of physics, experiments are the prophet Jesus – our link to the mysterious, hitherto unknown, and omnipresent. Unlike Mr. Christ, though, experiments are quite underrated.
This competition is for the celebration of the spirit of experimentation. Problems and apparatus are provided, with no guidelines. Like the old glory days of science, where by sheer wit the experimentalist outwitted the system and snatched useful data from it in order to predict new laws, the participants will have nothing but themselves to count on. Come, unleash the experimentalist within.
