List of teams selected for final poster presentation uploaded. Total prizes worth INR 47,000.

General Rules

1. The competition is open to undergraduate students of all disciplines.

2. No student can be an author of more than one participating paper.

3. The research work need not necessarily have been done as part of a separate, standalone research program. All the work you have done as part of projects in courses, your summer research work, the B.Tech. / B.E. Projects / B.Sc. research program are welcome, subject to the condition that it has in some way contributed towards research in one of the themes of eureka.

4. Each team may have maximum four members. All team members are not required to be enrolled at the same institution.

5. All results will be announced on the website & will be mailed to the team members of the successful teams.

Registration

1. First of all get yourself registered at Techkriti'10.

2. Then register yourself to Eureka with a Team Name. Use this Team Name for all sorts of queries and submissions related to Eureka.

Round 1 : Abstract Submission

• An abstract of about 400 words has to be submitted focusing on the problem statement, scope of work, the idea proposed, original work done and brief results and findings.
• The topic of the paper submitted can pertain to one of the tracks declared, if it does not, the participant should mention the topic unambiguously under the topic code 'others'. (List of topics).
• Word template for abstract is available. You can download the templates from here: [Abstract Word template].Format should be strictly followed.
• The selection in the first round will be based on the abstract submitted.
• All papers must be submitted electronically at eureka[at]techkriti.org with subject "Team Name-Abstract Submission". Last date of submission is Dec 31,2009. See "Submission Deadlines."

Round 2 : Full Paper Submission

The shortlisted teams are required to submit a full paper.

• The last date for submission of the full paper is Jan 13, 2010. See "Submission Deadlines".
• All paper must be submitted electronically at eureka@techkriti.org with subject "Team Name-Full Paper Submission". E.g. "PEureka01-Full Submission".

Paper Format

All manuscripts should be prepared according to given style.

• Word templates for full paper are available. You can download the templates from here: Round 2- Word Template.
• The length of submitted papers must be no more than 8 single-spaced, single-column pages including all figures, tables, and bibliography.
• Papers must be submitted in word template and also in PDF format along with a forwarding letter.

FinalRound : Poster Presentation During Techkriti 10

• The final round will be in the form of poster presentation. The teams shortlisted after round II will be required to present a poster. More info will be provided soon.
• The decision of the judges would be final and binding.

Online Submission

All paper must be submitted electronically at eureka[at]techkriti.org with subject "Team Name-Full Paper Submission" for round II and "Team Name-Abstract Submission" for round I.

Important: E-mails will be sent to selected participants within 24 hours of online declaration of results. Because the emails may be identified as spams by some mail systems, some authors will not receive their emails correctly.
