Phase 1 Details:

• Phase 1 is evaluation of executive summaries.
• All the entries should be mailed to ideas@techkriti.org by 12th November with subject as “Executive Summary_TeamName“
• Kindly Stick to the given format ( Format )
  
• All the entries should be PDF documents with single spacing and font size 12, attached to the mail with file name as “Executive Summary_TeamName”.
• Participants can send their entries directly to team IDEAS . Their registration with techkriti can be taken care of later.
• Each entry can apply for a maximum of three special prizes. Although multiple entries from one team is allowed.
• Entries should clearly mention the categories they are applying to be considered for.
• No request for changes will be entertained in middle of process .
• In case of no such mention , B-plan will not be considered for special prizes. It still remains eligible for the overall competition .
• Entries not adhering to the format prescribed will be rejected.
• Neither team IDEAS nor our associates will entertain any query regarding details of evaluation process at any point .
• Complete confidentiality of B-plan will be ensured.
• All the communications will be done majorly through e-mail and web updates. so all the teams are expected to keep a track of site updates and e-mails and also keep following us on twitter (username : ideas10), though we will try our best to inform everything through phone.

Guidelines for Round 2

• Round 2 is the Telephonic pitching round
• Purpose of elevator pitches is to explain the idea to the investors in a brief and quick manner in order to evince there interest
• You have to submit a 6 Slide power point presentation; a template of the same can be found here (Format).
• Kindly stick to the given format. Entries not following the format will not be considered.
• Six and only Six slides should be mailed.
• Graphs, photographs, HTML links, excel sheets, word files cannot be used. No additional document is permissible.
• If you don’t have information on any particular point please mention “ Not applicable” .
• Don’t alter the font style and font size shown. ( Arial 24 for headings and Arial 14 for body)
• You will be making Telephonic pitching presentations to our panel of judges starting from December 14.  Date and Schedule will be uploaded on our site.
• Only one person of the team is allowed to make the presentation. His name should be mentioned on the first slide ( see format)
• Elevator pitch will last no more than 11 minutes. You have 10 minutes to make the presentation and one minute to complete the discussion.
• Presentations mailed to us will be treated highly confidential. All rights will vest with the owner of the idea.
• Entries received  after deadline will not be entertined.
