1. The vehicle should be completely autonomous. Autonomous mean that vehicle should stop in the stopping zone by itself and it should launch the projectile by itself
2. This kind of automaticity should be generated by purely mechanical means; no electrical component like microcontroller etc. should be used.
3. There should be no source of power installed on the vehicle.
4. Teams may use spring or pulley systems or any other such things but any electrical device which runs on electrical power is strictly prohibited.
